my baby is spine to spine with me and hasn't engaged proper;y i'm 40 weeks pregnant. i have severe back ache and i'm getting contractions but not regurely. I'm 2cm dialated and i just don't know what to do? i really feel like i can't carry on anymore. what can i do to help
