Hi,

I had ectopic pregnancy in Nov 2015 in right fellopian tube. Doctors gave methotrexate and after a month TVS USG showed no mass in fellopian tube. We started planning from Jan 2016, but still we are not succesful. Form Jan 2016 my periods are not coming on time. Dates of men are. 10th Jan, 5th Feb, 7 Mar, 16 Apr, 22 May. Today is 2nd day of my mens cycle and doctor advised to go for 1 month Follicular study. In today's report my ET level is 12mm  which is very high and there is 11*6 mm residula cyst in right fellopian tube. Doctor stopped the study for 1 month and asked me to take Novelon for 21 days. My Right/Left Ovary AFC>6. As per doctor ET and cyst will not allow pregnancy to happen. So we need to get rid of it first. I would request someone to explain me in which situation ET becomes so high and why cyst present in right tube. Also is this medicine right for me to take. My age is 29 yrs.
