Positive Hpt On TVS Negative

Does any of you girls experienced what i have been through? I had my hpt yesterday and it came out positive. By now i am 4 weeks pregnant.I decided to have an ultrasound (TVS)to check if the baby is fine. When the doctor scanned my uterus, she cannot see anything. My endometrium is thin and my uterus is not enlarged. They cant see any gestational sac.The doctor says its her first time to have a case like mine. She also added that usually 3-4 weeks preg., there is already an indication that you are pregnant. Does any of you experience this? Please share! Im so worried about this.

Did your Dr. do any bloodwork? They don't usually see anything (don't even look, really) for anything on u/s until your HCG is at least 1000.

Thanks for your response and your info Marivic! I had an appointment today with my ob and shel do a bloodwork. Hope its going up as it should be. I've been ttc for about 6 months and wishing and hoping that everything is going to be alright. I really2 want to get pregnant. I'll keep you posted.
