My question is my daughter is almost three now and I am pregnant again ,my daughter was born at 32 weeks due to preclamcia and my doctor told me before i became pregnant that there was no change of developing it agin and now that i am almost into my third month he's tell me there's a good change of developing it again?what should i think ?should i worry?

MY 10 MONTHS OLD BABY BORN AT 32 WEEKS DUE TO A PRECLAMSIA BY C-SECTION. AND KNOW I'M PREGNANT AGAIN AND I KNOW I HAVE PRECAMSIA AGAIN,,WHAT CAN IDO I DID'N FOLLOW WITH A DOCTOR FOR A FEW MONTHS BECAUSE OF MY JOB I'M ALMOST 32 WEEKS AND I'M REALLY SCARED

High friggin Blood pressure.

Shauana don't worry about that that is how our bodies developed these things and you know with hbp it is not very easy, so just focus on other things, "my baby is alright and i am going to have a great pergnancy" tell yourself that, don't let that doc get you all worried! you have come to far to get worried now. OH, it is hard, but watch what you eat! pray and God bless you!

Preeclampsia is very dangerous, if undetected, I had it after my first pregnany and I am 36 weeks and having increased BP there are many symptoms- high BP. headaches,severe swelling especially in the face,vision disturbances and sudden weight gain about 5lbs in a week. There is also eclampsia which in that case can cause ciezures. There will also be protein in your urine if you have this. I have not had protein in my urine yet but my BP has jumped from 90/50 to 130/90 I am starting to have severe headaches and constant spots infront of my eyes. However sense there is no protein in my urine yet my Doc's will not do anything for me.If you feel you are at risk or something just is not right tell your doctor. I know its coming to get me and I hound my doctors and will til they say ok somthing is going on.i even had sudden weigt gain of 5lbs and still they never say anything and I am terrified You can also get more info by looking up pregnancy induced hypertension.

Yeah, You can get preeclampsia again. My pregnancies was 8 years apart and preeclampsia reared its ugly face again. I will likely have it again with my third pregnancy. This is very dangerous. Watch for signs........www.preeclampsia.com.....A very good website............Good luck!!!!......Keekee
