i think about a 10% of a change

Hi everyone, I had my tubes tied Sept 96. I was about 22, I have three children, i am as regular as the sun coming up so regular that my kids b-day (date) is the same. the 18th. I always come on, on the 18th. My last cycle was March 18th, the only symp. besides that is frequent visits to the bathroom, Not sure if I am pregnant, i understand the odds, yet know of two friends who did get pregnant with a basic tubal? Any advice? I plan to take a test on the 18th...

Neci - How long ago did the trips to the bathroom increase? You are far more patient than I. I would take the test now. I'm not even late yet and I have already taken two tests.

Has anyone who has posted about maybe being pg who now knows for sure negative or positive?

I had a baby five month ago and have not had my period yet? Is this normal?

Well, I still don't know for sure. I took two tests two weeks ago and they came back positive, but, when I went to the doctor, it came back negative. At that time I was about one week late, and then one day after my doctor visit, my period came on and I didn't have any cramps or anything, It came on without any type of warning. And I have had an tender stomach for about three weeks, my stomach is a lot bigger, I have slight cramps now and sharp pains in lower part. It feels like something is stretching, heartburn, lower back pain and leg pain. So, I still don't know. They still haven't given me a blood test yet. They said that if my period comes on then I am probably not pregnant. But, with my son that I had last year, I had my period for three months straight after I found out I was pregnant with him. So, that is not unusual for me. Both my Ob-gyn and primary physician said that they are seeing a lot more women who've had tubal ligations come in and say they are pregnant. They said 1 out of 100 tubals fail the first year. So, I am not sure what is going on, I just know that I feel really pregnant, but, I am not getting any answers.

to Saroyce, did u have a tubal ligation.. if so.. were they just tied or did u have them cut, tied and burnt.. if so.. how long ago did u have it done

hi everyone i had posted back i belive in march about being like 20 days late for mine..it came but then last month i didnt' have one again i just blew it off then just this month i did have one..i took a few home pg test but all neg and and the doc on is neg..so i think im going through menopause even though i have been told im to young..but what else could it be....?

Karyn...I am 2 weeks late and took a HPT yesterday. It was positive. My husband had been koingly calling me every day after work asking if I started yet. I think he was just playing with the idea since our "baby" is going to be starting school in August. When I told him about the positive result he freaked. Thought I was joiking until I showed him. Now I just have to go to the doctor and find out if it is ectopic before I start making any plans for a new baby in our lives. I just want to cry at the thought that I might not be able to keep the pregnancy. Pray for it to be healthy will ya girls. I hope everyone else is safe and happy also.

HI ladies I have been receiving answers on my email for what I wrote last year about my getting preganant after 11 years ago having a tubal, I want to read the replies but where do you find the answers I read through the whole list of people and theres no answers to my comments ladies let me know where I click on to find it. My email lately has 6 replies and I'd like to see what others have to say. I'm doing better with it now, but my husband hasn't gone in to have any final operration done. So we don't know if it could happen again. I am 41 now so we're leaving it till Christmas and just leaving it in Gods hands.

What are my chance of p/g after a tubal?

If you want to read all of the posts you go to the forum section (top of the home page) find the section "pregnancy complications" and find the thread with Cristy's name and the t_tle "pregnancy after tubal ligation". The order of the threads is based on the date and time of last posting.
