To Mary and everyone else who has been following my story - I called the doctor yesterday because I had not heard back on my blood work. They said Tuesday my HCG level was 1844 on Thursday it 1485. Got me in immediately for a regular ultrasound and a v____al ultrasound. Drew more blood. Said that ultrasound showed no pregnancy in the tube, but nothing was seen in the uterus either. So more than likely I miscarried when I was bleeding for 10 days. But I have to call after 2:00 today to find out for sure. They said it might just be too early to see baby in uterus. If my HCG level is continuing to drop then I miscarried. Cried all night and some this morning. Still just a waiting game.

awe honey I am soooo sorry.. I will keep you in my prayers... for myself, I still havent had af.. now I have veins all thru my chest that just kinda popped up..they seem to be increasing tho.. I still havent had any pain.. I have been having cramp like feelings on my side , the kind u would get if you had went jogging.. also when I could I get a pulling like feeling, like a tight muscle in my tummy.. so I still dont know whats goin on.. I figured I would wait and see if anything happens on the 2nd.. Paula please keep us posted..

i b___st feed and got a tubal recently i had s_x a couple weeks early than the doc said to it wasnt painful i didnt use protection now im like a month or two late afterhaving twoperiods and a very small third period can i be pregnant and is it dangerous

I was the same way, but mine wasn't in the tubes but they think the sac didn't have a yolk which is baby but they wanted to do another ultrasound. my levels were climbing slowly. The night before my next ultrasound my levels dropped fast. Then I started bleeding when they did my ultrasound there was no signs of it so they said I had a miscarriage, so I know how u feel. I'm praying for u and good luck.

To anyone who has ever had a tubal pregnancy: Where does the pain start? My right groin and my side is starting to hurt. I just recentely had a miscarriage (or so they say). But now I am having these pains. Any help would be nice.

Hi I’m 31 yrs old. I have 2 kids (12 & 6 ½) I had a tubal lit. done in 1998 the day after I delivered. Was told that I have a 1 in 2000 to 3000 chance of becoming preg. again. Never thought anything of it until the last month. My last period was april 7 took home preg test a week after period did not come. Was neg. meanwhile I’m showing all the pregnancy symptoms down to the tee like I did with my other children. I went to a dr may 13 told me I had ulcers and bladder infection. Gave me med. (I had ulcers 5 yrs. ago & the twitching “b___terfly” pain was not this). So I took the med. anyways. Still no period (no bleeding of any kind, nothing, nada) started browsing the internet… symptoms matched menopause, pelvic cyst syndrome, hormone imbalance, pregnancy, etc. yesterday I started getting low grade pain in my right groin/bikini area. Went back to the internet sounds like round ligament. Or is it a tubal pregnancy? Went to the obgyn may 24… they just did paperwork, got medical info… and resched. appt for complete bloodwork, pap smear, pelvic exam… for june 6… they had no appt. sooner… I know the longer I wait my mind plays tricks on me. What do you do? Everyone’s post sounds alike and symptoms all sound the same? Is there anything to do at home? any method of self diagnosis besides hpt? And if mine came up neg. what really is the chance that I am preg.? Any statistics? The nurse told me at the dr office that the drs rate of a preg. after a tubal was 1 to 200. (same dr who did my tubal) but what is the chance that I am 1 of the 200 & it’s not a tubal preg.? Anyone have a neg. urine test & had a normal preg.? And to anyone who has had a tubal preg…. I would be about 7 wks preg. (a__suming I am) does this pain on my right side sound like a tubal preg? it’s not a sharp pain. Twitching or burning more in the bikini area & goes away when I walk around. Thanks everyone for listening. Will talk soon.

MS... I would hope that your dr would take you in sooner being that it could be a tubal pg. Did you have a blood test? I would demand a blood test if you have not yet. The dr's work for you not the other way around. Also do your sholders hurt? I have read that for a tubal pregnancy many womens sholders hurt. Just a thought.

I was wondering if anybody could answer my question on whether this is normal. I had my baby in December of last year and I have still not had my period yet. Is this normal? My doctor keeps telling me to wait, but when I had my previous children, I started right away.

No I am not nursing. I 'm just a bit worried as to why I haven't started.

Was just reading up on Tubal Ligations and I saw that a lot of people are worried about Tubal pregnancies. I have 4 little boys, been pregnant 6 times, one miscarriage and one tubal. I took a HPT with the tubal and it was positive. I only made it to about 3 or 4 weeks pregnant before I started bleeding really bad and cramping on my left side so bad that I couldn't even stand up straight. I had to have an emergency surgery to have my left tube removed before it bursted. So if you are pregnant in your tube you should know it pretty quick, but try not to wait too long to find out from your doctor cause it can surely be life threatening especially if it bursts. Another reason why I'm on this site, I'm about a week late on my period also and I just took a HPT and it was negative. I am 26 years old. I am trying to figure out what it wrong with me, my period has not been late since I had my last child January 2004, if anything it was early. I would think that I'm too young to go through menopause. But I also had my one and only tube tied while I was open with C-Section with last child. Is it possible for either thing to happen or what else could be going on with me?? I'm getting pretty worried, kind of scared to go to the doctor, scared of what they might tell me. I'll keep checking back for any suggestions. Good luck to you all with your situations.

I'm freaking out....I had my tubes cut and burn about 8 yrs. ago, and all the stories on here about babies being born after the fact......I wouldn't be so freaked out, but I'm 3 wks. late for my period. I truly didn't want any more children......I'm 34 and have three great kids already and I just started my career after staying home to be with them. This can't be happening.....

Have you taken an HPT yet? Do you have any pregnancy symptoms? Stress can do a number on womans cycles.

UPDATE: I took the HPT and it was negative.....I should've waited one more day because I got my period later in the day....LOL. I love babies, but I'm very happy with what I have.
