Pregnant And Spotting On Two Diff Days

i was spotting on the 5 and the 10th, and i have had 5 nose bleeds in the time between. my doc said he cant do any thing and if i statrt cramping or get a fever go to the ER.
but im worried and so is my husband some one please help.
