Red Degeneration Possible Miscarriage

I have a uterine fibroid that has caused me many problems and while in the process of trying to have it removed at beginning of november I found that I was pregnant I soon experienced red degeneration where the fibroid began to hemmorage and threw my uterus into contractions I am now supposed to be at 8W u/s been showing 6w1D for 2 weeks now no heartbeat no yoke sac anyone had similar experience? how do you deal with this?

I had a misscarage on the 6 th of Nov. at 5 weeks, when i went to the Doc. i found out that i have a uterine fibroid of 6 cm. Am now about four weeks pregnant and three days ago i had a pinkish bleeding which turned into red comming and stopping for two days and today i have dark brownish but no cramps so am not so sure of what to expect.
