As of my LP I'm 6 weeks pregnant, atleast I thought so. I started spotting yesterday which turned a little heavier so I went to the ER. They said my HCG levels was good but when they sent me for an internal ultrasound they found no heartbeat no sac no baby. They diagnosed me as a "threatened miscarriage". Within the same night my bleeding went back to barely spotting.. could this still turn out good?
