Start Periods After Rectal Bleeding

i m married for the last 5 months.It happened 2 times after my marriage, i had periods jst after one day wen i had rectal bleeding,,consulted doc, she said that every thing fine,no piles etc.felt tiredness 4-5 days b4 starting periods.it seems that must be pregnant but no pregnancy,,what can be the reason,,doc told every thing fine there.
