I had my daughter November 26th after a pretty long induction... She was measured to be 7 1/2 lbs according to the ultrasound, so my OB figured i could deliver with no problems and set my induction date for when he was out of town on vacation. Needless to say she came out 9lbs 3oz and im not a very big girl myself. I had a HORRIBLE on call OB who had NEVER used forceps before and ended up grabbing pieces of my uterus in them and i also ended up with a third degree tear in the end. Its been just about 6 months and im still having minor issues... How long am i going to have to deal with this??? I feel like im losing my mind. Anything special i can do or use to help with the everyday discomfort?

I had a 3rd degree tear with my daughter as well. She was a year old before I didn't have any more pain. It will get better it just feels like forever. I'm 3 months pregnant with my second child now. I have a new doctor and I'm having a scheduled c-section this time. I'm not going to go through that again.
