I had my baby boy on July 21. On Monday July 24, my milk came in. Since Tuesday July 25, I have been wearing a bra since then and using cabbage leaves to help dry my milk up as I am bottle feeding. I even wear a bra when I shower so my nipples are not stimulated. Every day when I take my bra off to change it, I notice that I have what looks like br___t milk on my nipples. How long should it take for my milk to dry up? And how will I know when it ia dried up so I can stop using the cabbage leaves?

I did b___stffe but when I stopped, it took about three of four weeks for my milk to dry up. I don't know if was that way for me cause I nursed my dd for 11 months or not. I never did use the cabbage leaves and lways took off my bra to shower. I even hand expressed just enough to releif the pressure sometimes. I alswo heard that binding your b___sts can make your milk dry up faster, like wearing a tight fitting sports bra to bed at night......good luck
