ok, so i lost too much weight after my baby, br___t feeding just took it all out of me. so unfortunatly i ended up with A COMPLETLY FLAT BUTT! ugh! so i wanted to find excersises to help and this site bodybuilder . com lets you pick a body part or multiple ones, whether you want to use equipment and what kind or just your body and it teaches you different excersises. the first pics are of huge body builders but the girl in the example pics is normal sized and you can watch video clips if you don't get the instuctions. i thought it would be good for moms who want to find tummy or arm or butt exercises ect. just something to check out if you need some exercise ideas!
