Hey ladies,
I had my daughter va___ally a little over a month ago. When should I expect my first menstrual period? I am not br___tfeeding. The past few days I've had lower back pain but no bleeding. Thanks!

I got my first menstrual cycle about 3 months after I gave birth. I also delivered v____ally and don't b___stfeed.
