Ok, I had a csection April 23rd, bleeding had slowed down and turned brown by last week. DH kept pushing for s_x, we did it, and now I am bleeding super heavy and red again. It didn't start during s_x or even right after, it started the next day. I was wondering if this could be my first postpartum period, or should I be concerned something is wrong?

I don't know. Isn't that the answer you want to hear? lol. Maybe you should go and get checked by Dr. Are you having any cramping? It could be your period if your cramping. Sometimes the first couple of periods can be very painful and heavy. I know with my 2nd dd I got my period about a week after I stopped postpartum bleeding. And I thought something was wrong. I waited it out though and it ended after about 6 days, so I knew then that it was my period. If you are bleeding REALLY heavy maybe you should go in and get checked, but otherwise just wait it out and see if it ends when you period would normally end.
