Upset About Postprego Weight

I know we are not supposed to go back to our original weight right after our babies are born but it is making me so depressed. I just gave birth to my second child and thought I was big after the first!! My weight is a constant worry. About three weeks ago I went on a diet. It seems to be working but I still feel huge. Does anyone have any suggestions on quick weight loss or just some good ideas on how to lose weight?

I found a great website www.fatburn.com- this website provides a ton of information if you are planning on doing the healthy eating/exercise option. There is an extensive list of foods and their calorie contents (including fast foods) and also a huge list of exercises and how many calories they will burn for you based on your weight, etc. You can also put in your weight loss goal (ex: lose 10 lbs in 5 weeks) and it will tell you how many calories to eat each day.
