Hey Ladies, How is everyone doing on their weight loss? Deborah have you been going for walks? Javidsgirl, have you made it to the gym in your condo? MNMom how do you find weight loss now that you have stopped bf? Alison the last ten pounds are always so frustrating, have you started to excercise? Megan have you tried filling up on nuts to try and curb your appettiate?

Hi Loved - Weight loss sucks now that I am done bfing. I am so depressed it is nearly unbearable. I lost another pound but I have 15 to go. On a positive note, I cleaned off my treadmill last night. Baby step I know. Now I need to get on it and use it, I am sure the exercise will help with my stress and depression as well, it is just so hard when I work 10 hour days and come home to 2 kids, there is never enough time, my house looks like a pit for gods sake, how do I justify an hour of exercise when I have laundry and dishes to do??

Hello ladies... I don't know if any of you are still around, but I'm hopeful you are and I can apologize for going missing in action. I've been battling my depression and then trying to get off the pills the doctor put me on... things are finally starting to feel a bit more normal for me again. When you're going through it, you don't really notice yourself changing much... but you certainly can see it after coming off the pills and looking back. So, I'm starting to exercise again, and have to lose at least 25 pounds before my holidays in June. LOL I know, I know... good luck to me. I know I can do it if I stick to exercising and stay away from sweets! Especially ice cream!!! I would love to hear from any or all of you girls to see how things are with you. I'd especially like to know how you're doing Loved... haven't talked to you in ages... wondering how your little Jackson's doing??? I bet he's not so little anymore... and it's his birthday around now too. So, happy birthday dear Jackson. Hope you're being good for your mommy. Anyways, ladies... I hope you're all well and again I'm sorry I bailed last year, I wasn't well enough to try and do anything... but I'm feeling much better these days. Exercise is the way to feel good... naturally!
