I had my lo one month ago today and everything seemed to be healing up just fine until a few days ago when I started having bad lower back pain. It feels like my lower spine is ripping apart! It hurts to move, to stand or sit or bend or lift. Last night it took me five minutes to get a screaming dd out of her crib because my back wasn't strong enough to lift her out! I just feel week and it hurts. Has anyone else experienced this? could this be from the epidural? What can I do to help with the pain? Vicoden doesn't even help!
