I have been diagnosed with depressions and am on Zoloft. My midwfe has kept me on my normal dosage all through the pregnancy and I have been fine...until now. I am due in a couple of weeks and suddenly I am a mess! I am emotional and depressed. Is this a sign of labor beginning? Should I be concerned about after delivery?
