I am br___tfeeding and I know it takes a while for your period to return if you br___tfeed. Instead of mine coming back (I am now 12 weeks postpartum), I had a little bit of spotting around 10 weeks, and then it completely stopped. Again, a few days ago, I had some more spotting that has pretty much stopped as well. Is this normal, before a full blown period returns?

I'm in the same boat except I only b___stfed for 2 weeks before I decided b___stfeeding did not fit in well with my lifestyle. I am 14 weeks postpartum and I'd say about week 8 or 9 I had a TINY bit of pink mixed with clear discharge (sorry if TMI) I have yet to have a bona fide period. I'm starting to get concerned. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I got my period 6 weeks to the day of my sons birth.. started as discharge and then a full b__wn period..I only bf for two days before complictions set in..

I will be 5 months pp April 17 and still haven't gotten my period. I pumped for about 6 weeks while my daughter was in the hospital (premie) but stopped when she didn't take to b___st so I keep waiting for it.

I'm 5 months pp and I'm currently experiencing the pink/clear discharge, but I'm thinking this time it is going to lead into the real thing. I have cramps to go along with it unlike the other two times that I spotted. I've been enjoying this period free life though.

Now I don't feel so alone...I was getting worried. I only b___stfed for 2 weeks and I am now 9 weeks pp and still no period. I was worried I might be pregnant again even though we have used 2 kinds of protection everytime. I know that's silly to worry so much but I just had heart surgery and I am not suppose to have anymore children so I was starting to get concerned. woo

I am in the exact same boat, 12 month baby, had spotting... Is this spotting consdired to be menstrual period? or not? Were you able to find any answers to your questions? I have contacted my genecologist,

I'm 8 months PP and still no period. Been b___stfeeding and formula feeding. I'm on the mini pill and just recently started feeling what might be cramps... but its faint for the most part so who knows. I don't anticipate its return.

I'm nearly 6 months pp, and aside from a couple of days light bleeding in early April, I still haven't had a period. Getting quite frustrated actually, because dh & I want to start working on #2, which is made somewhat harder by now knowing what my body's doing!
