Anyone else like me out there? I have four children. My youngest is four months old. I br___tfed all. How do I get rid of this weight? I'm a stay at home mom but I don't sit on my tail all day! It seems like I'm on my feet doing something all day long. (except when br___t feeding of course). Above my belly button it's like
semi hard and stuck out and below is soft and saggy and have you heard the saying 'pinch an inch'? Well, it's more then that. I feel so disgusting. Any advice?

lol. I've heard so much about exercise and eating right. And I've seen all those commercials advertising different weight loss products and pills. What works and what's a waste of money? I'm definitely not a pill popper. I irritate my husband when I don't want to take anything for a headache. lol. I have asthma so some things are difficult for me to do. I looked so normal and pet_te before I had kids. I've shown my hubby pictures of me in high school and tell him it's my imaginary twin sister. lol. After my second child was born I ate mostly veggies and fruits and lost a good amount of weight. I'm wondering now if that will help me again. I didn't have this 'stiff upper belly' then. Good luck to you too, krnj.

I would like to be hypnotized into enjoying doing ab-crunches and similiar stuff. LOL. And while I am being hypnotized maybe my hubby can be hypnotized to take care of the kids while I'm "enjoying" my workout. Seriously, I would love to be able to do some kind of relaxing exercises. Finding the time is the hard part. I've been dragging my two youngest out on a LONG walk almost every day lately while the two oldest are in school.
