I am curious as to what a squirt bottle is to be honest. I have never heard of it.

I use it until you feel better down there. My first I swear I used it 2 monthys with my other kids only a couple weeks.

They sent it home with me and I think I might have only used it once. It just depends on how you feel down there.

Tory, they're talking about something called a Peri bottle. Lots of hospitals give them out with your post partum "goodies" along with Tuck's pads, pain pills, etc. It's a small plastic squeeze bottle that you can fill with warm water and squirt on your v____a when using the bathroom. It helps to clean off urine before you feel comfortable wiping, and it's also great for rinsing off blood for as long as you're bleeding. I only used mine for about three weeks, on & off during some of that time.

ladies, let me add... It was the best thing the hospital sent me home with besides my son. I am using it now after a cone biopsy, as I can't take baths but can shower. But wearing a pad is driving me bonkers. it is annoying and apparantley it will be like this for a while.
