Urine Inffection And Constipation

I had a c section about a month ago with my baby boy...for about 2 days i have been getting pains down there and my sides have been hurting...my urine is also dark and a little strong....does this sound like a urine infection? Also, i have been very constipated and i was wondering if thats normal after pregnancy? Thank you!

I think the constipation is normal after pregnancy, escpecially a recent pregnancy. Dark urine with a strong odor can be a sign that you are becoming dehydrated. I think it would be a urinary tract infection if you had painful, burning, or frequent urination with small amounts of urine. I would go to the doctor because both of those require some medical attention.
