12 Weeks Pregnant And No Heartbeat

So, basicly I'm 12 weeks pregnant! And I decided to get an ultrasound, the looks on the doctor face was shocking when she found another baby, meaning I have twins! But she was really sure of it, thinking that it could be something else...she then finally finished looking with another doctor by her side and they finally told me that I have a possible twin with no heartbeat on either one? Scared, they sent me to the ER and I recived the same news...the doctor just told me to wait a couple of days to get a miscarriage? Is that right? I dont want to believe it, I then was appointed an ob gyn doc, but they just gave me another doc at the,hospital instead of an ob gyn doc, tomorrow I am to go and discuss if I should get an d&c. I just dont believe it? Anyone with the same situation?
