2 Months Pregnant Brown Discharge HELP

I found out I was pregnant at the end of July. I was excited and scared at the same time. Over a year ago, I had a miscarriage with my first pregnancy. It was devastating. My 2nd pregnancy was going well. Until 2 days ago. I noticed a brown color after I wiped. The same thing happened during my 1st pregnancy too, and I ended up miscarrying 2 weeks later. Now I'm afraid I'm gonna lose this one as well. Has anyone experienced any brown spotting and gave birth to a healthy baby? Sometimes, I also see a little bit of red with the brown. And before I noticed the spotting (maybe a week ago), I was getting cramps on my lower abdomen and va___a (but no bleeding). PLEASE LET ME ON WHAT YOU KNOW!!

UPDATE: I lost my baby on October 12th, 2011. I started bleeding a lot that morning, and fainted TWICE! Ended up in the ER, where I was told I had a missed miscarriage and baby was not gonna come out any time soon. So because I was losing too much blood, I had no choice. My baby was literally pulled outta me by the OB/GYN, and the pain was indescribable! I then had a D&C, and after 7 hours in the hospital, was discharged to go home. God bless all who is going through or went through a miscarriage.

I am very sorry for your loss :( Hang in there. I have had two miscarriages with the last one ending in a D&C in March. I hope that you are doing okay.
