im angry, im mad.i lost my baby almost 2 months ago.today my niece sends me a mms about her newborn baby.all the anger, the hurt and the pain came back again.i remember the pain and shock i went through.i know im suppose to be happy for her but i can't bring myself to be.i can't believe she could have been so insensitive to send me that mms.do you guys think im mean.

I do not think that you are mean at all! It reminds you of what happened, and it hurts. I would not be mad at her though, she is just trying to share the joy that she feels about her new baby with her family. When your time comes to have a healthy baby, you will be so excited and want to share it with everyone, too. I learned that even when you are grieving a loss, other people's lives go on. They feel happy and joy, even when you may not be able to. In my opinion, the best thing to do is forgive your niece and in time, it will be your turn to send m and m's!!! =)

i have been struggling again and has been crying so much after seeing the pic my niece had sent me.ive decided to see a psychologist.someone has also given me a tablet called RESCUE and its really helping.in my mind i knw she didnt mean any harm but im so jealous of her and her newborn son.

That is a great idea...it is always good to have someone to talk to for support. It is such a hard thing to deal with and so many people just do not get it.
Being jealous is a totally normal feeling...I feel it EVERY time I see a baby or a pregnant woman! But I try to smile and pretend I am happy. However, I lost my baby four months ago and time has made it a little easier to deal with it. For the first two 1/2 months I was so bitter and depressed. Talking to my husband really helped after awhile, even though at first I just felt like he did not understand. I hope the psychologist can offer you some support.
What is RESCUE?? Is it a vitamin?
