Well I recently had a m/c and while I was haccuung s_x well just finished rather I noticed I was bleeding I just want to know is it possible to get oregnant while having a miscarriage?

I'm sorry for your loss...
I don't think you can get pregnant while having a miscarriage. I had a m/c on the 1st of January and a D&C on the 5th. My doctor told me that my hcg levels should return to 0, before my cycle could return to normal.
Only after the hcg levels has returned to 0, can normal estrogen, LH and progesterone hormone activity resume. Meaning that you will only ovulate about 2 weeks after hcg levels has returned to 0 and only then can you fall pregnant again...

Well I did have the miscarriage already and I have been feeling more pregnant than I did before I had it. I googled it and I did see a few people say they concieved with sperm that was there while they miscarried I'll go back to the doctor after I officually stop bleeding
