Has Anyone Gotten Pregnant Right After D C

I had a D&C on Dec. 4th and I want to start trying again in two weeks. They say some women can ovulate that soon after a successful D&C. So far everything went smoothly- I'm not even bleeding anymore. My husband and I got pregnant the first month we tried and just lost our baby. Because we got pregnant so quickly I'm hoping we may be able to again this time. I've been looking online all weekend trying to see if anyone has tried right after a D&C. Anyone?

Hi hudson! I just miscarried on Thanksgiving and it's not a very fun thing! I didn't end up needing a D&C because I pa__sed naturally. Anyways, my sister in law had a D&C and was pregnant with my nephew exactly one month after it. So she did ovulate 2 weeks after and quickly became preggo again! I have perfectly happy healthy nephew! I know the docs tell you to wait atleast one cycle...but I say if your body is ready then it will make it happen! I'm so sorry for your loss and I wish you luck ttc again! I'm right there with ya!

hi hudson. I too miscarried and had a d&c on the 2nd of december. Horrible day for me. It was my youngest sons first birthday. After two successful pregnancies I was devastated to hear that my baby was measuring 6 weeks yet I was supposed to be 10 weeks. I too stopped bleeding shortly after the d&c. I ovulated last weekend and dh and I are trying. I should know something at the end of the month but its the waiting game until then. Good luck to us both. If your dr has ok'd you for it then try. I will let you know how things turn out for me. Let me know how things go for you.

I am with everyone on this. I just had my D&C yesterday due to the cursed "blighted ovum". Merry Christmas right?
We are going to start trying again as soon as I stop bleeding. Has anyone else had good or bad experiences with conceiving right after a D&C?
