Is Pregnancy Symtoms Suppose To Come Back

i had d&c done on aug,11 and the pregnancy symptoms was gone within a week...now they have come back and i took a pregnancy test yesterday, it showed negative...i dont want nobody to judge me but 2 days after d&c me and my love started being intimate again...1wk later i went back to doctor to make sure everything was good, that i didnt have no infections...i still have not had a period and the pregnancy symtoms are back...what are the chances of me being pregnant again, just not far enough along for a pregnancy test to show positive...
