Hi Guys, I took a test at 4:30 pm at docs office only 10-11 dpo and got a faint positive so I would test. I had sore b___sts only one week after conception and I had no idea why. That never happened to me before so I thought AF was coming. So for someone who only has sore b___sts when prego I would test. LET US KNOW ASAP!

ok, tested and there is a very very faint positive---what do you think> shall I call the doc and ask? or do you think it is left over from before. this time I took a first response where the past 2 weeks before i used target brand and got negative response on both so I a__sumed that my levels were down...but I know the target brand arent as sensitive as the first response early version...HELP!

well, called the doc and they are having me come in this afternoon for test to confirm pg or not...freaking out! I am excited and nervous, mainly nervous to be told that I am not pg and taht I will m/c again!

ok went to the doctors office, they did a urine test and said I was pg...however after that we went to draw blood to run my levels etc...and after that she said the line on the test disappeared-has anyone had this happen? it sounds so weird, I dont know if I should believe to be pg or not! My hpt from earlier still has the positive line! HELP!

Okay I took a home pregnancy test the other day and it was very positive, I had a miscarriage on 5-17, The doctor took my blood on 5-20 and they called me saying that my hormone levels are higher than they should be does anyone know what this means? I have to go back in to get my blood drawn again. I am pretty sure that I cant be pregnant again. But what does it mean to have levels that are higher than normal? Please someone help I am lost and confused

R, Did you have an ultra sound or a d&c. Are you still bleeding ? IF you are still bleeding that could mean there might still be tissues there and then it is so soon , it takes awhile for the levels to go down . Let us know

I didnt have a D & C. My doc didnt think that it was necesary, so i just went natural. The only ultra sound that I had was the one that told me that I was going to miscarry.

R, I would take another blood test to make sure and if it is still high. Tell them You want another Ultra sound to make sure everything is ok. If everything isn't gone then you can get an infection.

I took another blood test yesterday I am just waiting for the results now They said that they would like to see them at 0 this time. Is that possible this soon?

R, I think it could be possible. I m/c on april 18 and on the 25th I took a urine test and there was a faint positive, you can hardly see it. My Dr. told me to go back in 3 weeks to make sure it comes out neg. Keep us posted on your results and ask them all these questions you have for them, thats what there here for.

I am just playing the waiting game now for the doc to call me back and tell me how my blood tests were, I am pretty sure that I shouldnt be prego again, But I want my hcg to say 0 before I start trying again to make sure that There is nothing left in there. But if they dont call soon I am going on without them and wil ttc. I'll keep ya posted ,I hate the waiting game

well ladies-it is true, I am pg again! Very very nervous. no af in between and my levels had tripled in 2 days. When I first took my hcg levels my doc was certain that it was left over from the m/c and when they tripled she was surely surprised that I was pg again so soon. I have no idea how far along I am which is scaring me...how do you determine this? I have a u/s scheduled in 2 weeks to find out. I worry with every pain I have and cramp. I get scared everytime I go to the bathroom to see any spotting. My doctor, I think b/c I was so interested in it, prescribed me to take 400 mg of prometrium at night. My levels werent tested I dont think, and I think it is just being done for precautionary reasons, she said even if my levels werent low it wont hurt to take the pills. anyone have any insight or suggestions? thnks

staci.....what were your symptoms...did u have any with ovulation or anything????? curious because I am 5 1/2 weeks past d&c no af....

kar-have you taken an hpt yet? I do not know when I ovulated...no idea. what I can say is that I felt my b___st to become tender like last time and this sounds weird but I had bad gas pains, not actual gas but the "rumbling" and felt like gas but never was-I had this before. I decided to test despite my nervousness...the First Response tests very sensitive levels so that came back positive. I then went and got a Target brand test which detects a pg once you have higher hcg levels and that came back positive so I called my doctor who had me come in for a hcg test 2 days to determine my levels were increasing and they tripled. are you having any symptoms? my doctor was sure I wasnt pg until the test came back, only you know your body!
