Yup, your in the 6th month (4 weeks past half way!) ... wow, 24 weeks! I didn't realize you were that far. I am due May 11th. Mother's Day is May 14th, so wouldn't that be great?? and he will be our first. Do you know if your having a boy or girl?? We found out at 19 weeks. Well, your pretty athletic (at least you look to be, hehe) so, I'm sure the birth will be over in no time. Try not to worry about it. Thats wonderful that you just got the crib an all. SInce I am stuck over here in Japan right now, I am having a hard time getting anything big shipped.. everything says they don't ship to FPO AP addresses. Yet, if they do, shipping is a fortune. We got the crib and table to be shipped... but, they wont ship the dressers that go with it. Pretty upset about that. Yet, the crib and changing table says 6-8 weeks. Hopefully he doesn't come early.

Hi Girls! 16 WEEKS TODAY!!! Where is everyone?

Daniella - March 19

Jody- you going to find out the s_x?? I found out at 19 weeks. Almost 33 now. It goes by so fast after you hit a certain point.

Jody - March 19

Hi Daniella- We haven't decided yet on finding out the s_x. I do and I don't want to know. I would like to because on getting things ready and purchasing things for a boy or girl. Did you have a hunch on the s_x and were you right?

It's Jessica...it said that my name was already taken. I've been having some problems registering here. Grrrr... Anyway, I'm glad to see that everyone is doing well. I've been gone thanks to more family drama, more insurance drama, bronchitis, sinus infection, and flu all at once, and more. Fun stuff. :) 16 weeks today and my next appointment is Tuesday. Wish me luck. I'm absolutely terrified. I heard the heartbeat at 12w3d, which was AMAZING, and I'm sooooo hoping that everything is still going well. I know that the odds are supposed to be in my favor, but I've fallen EVERY TIME into that 1-2% group where something goes wrong. Here's hoping that my luck has turned!!! How is everyone else doing this lovely (snowy here) Sunday?

Jody - March 19

Wow! Jessica, its nice to hear from you! Glad you are doing well! Good luck with your appointment and don't worry! I am 16 weeks today too! I had a scan at 14 weeks and have another one April 7th. Everything is good so far! Are you showing yet? I'm so happy to hear from you. We were all wondering about you! STAY IN TOUCH!!!

navyboo80 - March 19

yay, jessica is back! so you and Jody both are 16 weeks? i think i'm 25 weeks. i just found out that my brother and his wife are 3 months along! what's really weird is my DH's sister is a month behind me. Bad news is, their mom was killed in a tornado in missouri last weekend. so we've all had to deal with that, and cleaning and packing up the house. at least she died with her husband tho. it's so strange to think i don't have in-laws anymore. but i hope you all don't ever take people for granted, always tell people you love them, just so they'll always know. SO, my baby likes to kick ALOT in the morning, and when i'm really hungry. she hasn't really started to do the big body rolls yet....other than that, good luck to yall! Melissa

Daniella - March 19

OMG Melissa, that is so sad. I sure hope they stay strong. So sorry to hear!! Well... I am leaving for the hospital right now. I am only 33 weeks and when I went to the bathroom this morning (yea, its the morning for me on this end of the world)... I noticed a huge glob of orangy like stuff... 100% my mucus plug. I wouldn't normally be too concerned but I was going to call the dr. this morning anyhow (its monday morning here) because starting Saturday it felt like I was getting a urinary track infection or something. I've never had a yeast infection nor a UTI before, but if I had to guess what a UTI felt like, I would say this is it. So, I was going to call anyhow. Then I wake up to this.. now I am really concerned. I am not ready to have the baby yet. My hubby is gone for 3 more weeks. :( Sure hope its just nothing.

Jody - March 19

Oh, Melissa sorry to hear the bad news . :( I'm glad you are doing well. Daniella, I hope its not time yet, especially with your hubbie gone. Take care everyone! Talk to you this week.

Daniella - March 20

Well.. just got back from ER. Definitley my mucus plug.. I am 1cm dialated and my cervix is real soft. He is giving me 2 1/2 weeks. (yikes!!!) So, he just said for me to take it easy and come back if I get severe contractions. Gosh, my hubby comes home exactly 2 1/2 weeks, I hope I can hold off that long. Heck, I will only be 35 weeks.

navyboo80 - March 20

Daniella, i hope you can hang on a lil longer! he needs to be there, but you know how the Navy is. if it's convienent for you, it'll never happen. try to stay as calm as you can, and hope for the best. my husband says he doesn't even want to be in the room! he says he wants to do it the old fashioned way with the man waiting outside. i want him there, so i can yell at him! :) Baby A.J. is starting to really grow. i'm starting to feel the ma__s of her now. this morning there was this really hard spot, and she wouldn't move! but she likes to tell me when she's hungry. that's when she's most active, before and after i eat. it's so weird. for the J girls, you just wait! it's freaky! Melissa

Daniella - March 20

melissa- I would slap my hubby if he said he wanted to wait outside the room. He made this thing with you, inside you.. he can watch his precious being born. lol

navyboo80 - March 29

hey all. just something kinda off topic, but i need some help...since my DH's mom and step dad died, he's been an a__s. i know he must be grieving, but when anything goes wrong, he tells me i'm the problem, and i need to pull my head out of my a__s. he slammed the front door this morning , because i answered the phone and it was his boss. he had to go in to work an hour early, and it's my fault. just other things too. i'm lost! is this normal? do i really have to take this c___p? i'm stuck at home all day, cuz back pain is too much to work with, and he's been b__wing money on a six pack the past couple nights. i do not want this c___p going on when the baby comes. can anyone HELP??!! email me personally if ya want...navyboo80@yahoo

liltif - March 29

Melissa, I'm very sorry to hear about that! Have you tried to talk to him calmly? Has he had time to grieve? I've never been through anything like this before, so I can only make suggestions, could he go away for the weekend with some guy friends that you trust and they could talk to him or you two get away, or you can go to a church and they should have free counseling. The most important thing I've learned is to never use the word YOU, (as in saying well if YOU didn't do this or that) when you use that word it puts up a wall between you two and they get defensive. Ask if there is anything you can do to help him. Tell him how you feel. I pray that things will get better for you very soon, bc you being pg don't need the added stress, also tell him how you feel about his att_tude and the baby. Take one day at a time. ~Tiffany
