Stop Bleeding After Cytotec

Hi. Hope you can help me with this one. I am 5 weeks pregnant but my doctor advises me miscarriage. I took 1 mife. After 2 hours i took 2 cytotec va___ally. 3 hours later 4 cytotec orally. Bleeding starts as well as diarrhea. I felt some blood sac fell when i go to poop. I felt cramps but took pain reliever. After 3 hours i took 4 cytotec. But the bleeding stops until now after 16 hours. I also feel normal. Should i take another cytotec? I hope you can help me.
