Yes I'm so nervous, she's really scary she's not nicknamed Hitler for no reason lol. But I feel really strongly about this and I cant just let it slide, I feel sick and I dont know if its nerves or morning sickness haha, here is a copy of the email I'm gonna send...... Dear ****, I wish to register a complaint of what I feel is an infringement of my privacy and civil liberties. It has come to my knowledge that at a recent company meeting my medical history was on the agenda and up for discussion. I am finding it difficult enough coping with the recent trauma and having it divulged by management to other staff is not going to make it any easier. All management are in a position of authority and responsibility and have a duty of care for their workers, that duty of care must include protecting their employees privacy and considering their feelings and NOT putting them in a position where they feel uncomfortable or distressed in the workplace. There are privacy laws in place which protect employees information, especially medical information of a sensitive nature such as this and this is a blatant breach of these laws. What do you girls think?

L- GIRL! That letter is awesome- I Seriously second the person who said you should go to the Dr. and try to get out on stress leave- that really might be the BEST scenario for you- WDYT??? A- That is so funny- our cycles are close! I never get symptoms until week 9 ish so no- nothing yet. Just getting antsy to test..... LOL! Your meeting with the Dr. is the 16th? Cool!!! H- Sounds like you have a fun weekend planned! I wish you could check in but I will def. LYK by Sunday! (Mon. for you!!!) K- Hmmm that is strange- I have no idea why FF says that but you got negative OPK- are you testing daily? Same time ish- holding your urine for at least 2 hours? Testing later in the day? All of those are VIP with OPK's. I don't do online charting- only the ones I do by hand from my book.

LOL Leslie, I'm not sure yet, I'm gonna see what her reaction is first, if shes a total b___h which I think she will be then I'm gonna try get stress leave just to prove a point but I'll wait and see what happens first.

Hey girls, Ok its nearly the end of the day and she still hasnt said anything to me, I'm pretty sure she hasnt even read it yet. I was going to go and confront her but I've decided on monday morning as I'm in before her I will print off a copy and leave it on her desk with a note saying that I sent this on friday but have not yet recieved a response and just wanted to make sure she had read it and then see what happens. I'm pretty dissapointed lol I was all geared up to have it out with her I had worked out everything to say and now it probably wont happen until next week :( Thanks for all your support and encouragement girls it really means a lot, I'm so glad we all found each other you are all amazing women, I just wish we all lived closer to each other, I love you girls!!! I was so occupied with all this last night I totally forgot to put the pics on fb that I promised you girls, I just remembered then so I'll try and do it tonight. Anyway I'm going home soon... finally its been a loooong day, hope you all have a great weekend and I will talk to you all on monday..... hopefully we will hear some good news from Leslie!!

Well she just spoke to me about it and she apologised and admitted what she did was wrong blah blah blah and I basically told her everything I had too. She tried to defend herself by saying everyone in the office knew when it happened and I told her thats fine but it doesnt mean that all future staff that come along need to be told about my perosnal business. I then told her that this had really upset me and this has been hard enough to deal with without coming into work and finding out its being spoken about behind my back and if I want people to know about my peronal life I will be the one to tell them not her. Then she said she didnt intentionally try to hurt me and she didnt think when she said it she just wanted this person to learn my job if anything happened or I went on holidays and I just said thats fine but you could have just said you want her to learn my job and left it at that there was no need to broadcast my personal life as well. I'm so proud of myself lol I actually stood up to her. Oh and then she basically told me she will be reviewing my pay soon lol. She did sound sincere when she apologised so I might just drop it.
