hey ladies im so glad i found this form i dont feel as crazy now lol :) well my story is im 20days late and its driving me insane i have all the same symptoms i had when i was pregant with my daughter even vomiting every day but after 30 HPTs all but 4 say neg and the 4 faint positives were taken when i was 12days late me and my fiance have been ttc for 2yrs i have been on clomid for 7mths and always have a regular period untill now were it is non existant i have had blood work done and its negitive but i cant shake the feeling that im pregnant when all the doctors say im not im trying to get a ultrasound but they wont give me one yet my doctor told me to come back after i have missed two periods!!!!! what sucks i have been trying to get into another one but have had no luck :( i look forward in getting to no use all :)

Hi Everyone, I'm new here but have been reading various posts for a couple of months now with great interest but have never posted before. I can relate t all those with a late period and negative hpt. I had irregular periods so was never sure when to try. I hope I can give you all a bit of hope. I had hadnt had my period for 10 weeks and getting lots of negative hpt's. I gave up but on friday (exactly 10 weeks from last period) I had a a pre op appt the next day. they did a pregnancy test and it was VERY faintly positive! They did a blood test but it was negative! So obviously I came back home very confused. Had a little hope but also some disappointment. The nurse advised me to do another test on monday which I did and it was a darker positive. And then 3 tests since then including 1 at the doctors have all come back positive! Just wanted to share my story, and give a bit of hope to all those trying for a baby. Wish you all the best :) PS - I had no symptoms!

Hey everyone i read this forum all the way thru and felt it very helpful but yet very confusing. Here is my story: to date I am 11 weeks late...so if i am pregnant I would be 17 1/2 weeks pregnant. according to my doctor after giving me 1 urine test I am not pregnant and I am just not ovulating so that is why I am 11 weeks late. anyway I got a second opinion and they too told me after 1 test that I am not pregnant and to give up and take the provera that the 1st doctor prescribed me. a little bit of history on me. I have always had irregular periods since the 1st time i had s_x. I just learned to deal with it. I very from "on time" 35 day to 42 day cycle so i usually expect to not have a 28 day cycle. occa__sionally I will miss a period all together and then the next month I will get it that is normal for me but this is not normal! i have missed 3 periods and about to miss my 4th. I did take the provera for 10 days i took the last one on monday 7/25 and still no sign of it coming. While taking it the pain in my b___bs stopped however the heartburn and the fluttering feelings that i feel kept on. I know its not just gas because i will feel gurgling of gas and then feel this weird fluttering almost rolling sensation in my lower abdomen. I am going to call my doc on friday if i still have no period because i need to know. at this point i dont care if i am pregnant or not I want to be but i just want to know if i am or not and if i am not i want to know why i suddenly have no period and heartburn like i did when i had a miscarriage 5 years ago. a little more background info on me im 24 been married for 5 years and ttc for those 5 years we got married when i was pregnant 5 years ago and miscarried a week after we were married. that is the only other time in my life that i have been more than 4 weeks off of a normal 28 day cycle. i really hope i have a story like mandy did but i really dont know what to think at this point. symtoms that i have experienced nausea/vomiting (which have subsided in the last 2 weeks) sore b___sts frequest urination heartburn cannot eat certain foods i used to love because they amplify heartburn i now love pepporoni pizza i used to hate plain pepporoni pizza i am tired all the time most recently feeling like something is rolling around inside me. help someone please help!

so as of 2day i am 11days late...i had protected s_x(that i know of lol) june 2nd i went into the hospital june 7th-9th for lower abdomen pain they told me i have endometriosis and cysts on both my ovaries (but they say i have had them for awhile) i started my period like normal june 17th but it was a normal period it was really light and 4-5 days long normally its 6-7days and heavy. i have had regular every month on time periods since i started having periods. i have had 4 urine HPT done since i been in the hospital all have came back negative the recent one i took was this morning...still negative. i havent had a blood test done or anything but alot of people are telling me to get one but i dont wanna be disappointed cause me and my partner are trying to conceive. i was suppose to start my period july 18th but its no where to be found. i have some cramping here and there and the smell of chicken is repulsing now and i love chicken just thought i was going to puke when i was eating parmesan chicken one day. im always tired but thats nothing new i have low iron. my stomach is starting to stick out a little bit when its normally flat...i really dont know what to think hpt are telling me its negative and i cant just keep waiting around and no answers im active duty army so its either i know now or i have to do physical training and if i am i dont want to hurt the baby. i guess luckily i have had an trans v____al ultrasound next week and a trip to the obgyn for different reasons hopefully they will help me with that issue also

taneia---its possible that you are.hopefully when you have the ultra sound done they are able to tell you. me i am 11 weeks late and still waiting for answers. good luck let us know how it all turns out!

egimm1421- thanks for the support im really hoping it comes back positive but im trying not to get my hopes up just yet and just be suprised at either answer next week i will keep you posted on the out come :) i hope you get your answer soon and i hope for the best for you!

I missed my last period and has been 3 weeks since my missed one. I have had all negative hpt's. I have been nausuas, sore nipples, mood swings like not my normal during periods, back aches, frequent urination, and extremely tired. I have been going to bed so much earlier than normal. I have never missed a period in my life even when extreme stress. When I stress I normally get two periods in a month. Well I started my period today. So I take it I am not pregnant or has someone had this same thing and still ended up pregnant? I would love to be pregnant but I just lost hope after starting today and having all these symptoms. I do have a friend that she kept having her period up until she was 7 months pregnant.

just wanted to updated everyone on monday aug 1st i started to spot 7 days after finishing the provera it started really super light like i had a month ago and was pinkish/brown (sorry if tmi) tuesday was a little heavier so i thought i was starting my period now today guess what nothing not even a drop of blood. since today is day 11 after taking the provera I called my doctor and talked to the nurse who suggested I come back in but my doc is on vacation today so i have to wait till next week. Aparently they are going to run more tests on me...my doctor is convinced after 1 neg test that I am just not ovulating thats why I am not getting my period even though my nurse told me that the only reason i wouldnt get a "normal" period after taking provera is due to pregnancy. i am so confused i just dont want to end up in a news article woman gives birth after not knowing and then ending up on an episode of i didnt know i was pregnant. plus if i am i would like to start buying things and preparing for a baby cuz if i am i would be 18 weeks right now.

Hi Egrimm1421 I do hope all goes well for you next week do keep us all posted. As you are 18 weeks are you showing yet? As you know from my post on the other topic Im only showing just a little but I have subscirbed to the weekly emails from BabyCentre which gives you a week-by-week run down of how you and the baby are at each week which to be honest I started deleting about a month ago after the 4th negative HPT and two Docs confirming "not pregnant" and plus friends and family that I had told started to think I was maybe going mad! so I kind of told myself to stop thinking about being pregnant but once I got that tiny flutter yesterday it brought all the feeling back again and then I got the weekly email which talked about how my uterus will begin to grow in size again so if I experience any stomach pains this will be the cause which is exactly what had been happening to me during the last few days and this morning the pain was quite bad. Anyways I wil try to keep you all posted as I cant really talk to anyone else about whats going on with me right now xx

faith76 i am really hoping that i am pregnant doctors think im crazy. like you i have been tracking how far i would be if i am infact pregnant. I am on the heavier side so i am not showing yet. I do have a doctors appt tomorrow so hopefully they do more than a urine test. I am hoping they do an ultra sound so i know forsure but i doubt it since they think im crazy will follow up after. I just want to say thanks to everyone that has responded on here as i cant talk to family or friends because they all think i am crazy and all think that since the test said no there is no way. so thanks everyone!

Hello all..I am 2 in the same boat. I am 20 days late for my period. My last period was on june 22nd. I am so tired of hearing "Get a Blood test". It is not that easy, depending on where u live. Im in NY and if u get a negative urine test at the DR than they are not so reluctant to give u a blood test. These DR's get so many females that come in and just want tests. Any way to get that off my chest. I have taken 6 HPT's all negative, 2 urine's at the DR's office and all negative. I get dizzy here and there,lower back pain every night,headaches, and colostrum comes out my b___st when i squeeze.Not to mention no blood at all..(not even a spot since June). All these symptoms and yet the DR insist that if the test says no than its NO..Bull****..Sorry for that but I personally think that these DR's are too quick to put people on birth control (population control). when in fact they can really be preggers. Whats wrong with just giving the d__n Sono..i mean insurance is going to pay...Please ladies keep me posted.I will do the same..Baby Dust 2 all

just an update for everyone. still have all the same symptoms went to the doc yesterday they did another urine test still neg. they are doing a full work up of my blood and scheduling for an transv____al ultrasound!! i should know by friday when i have the ultrasound done and will have the blood work back by then as well. hopefully i see a baby on the screen when i have the ultrasound done!!! i will keep everyone updated. baby dust to all!

Hi ladies, I'm havimg the same problem, the first day of my periods was on the 21 June 2011, I went to the gyeno on the 26th June and he said I wasn't preg and I should go for HSG x-ray within 5 days after my periods, scheduled me another app for the 11 August hoping that by then I should have got my periods and still they never came, he did urine test as well as trans-virginal scan and just told me that my utherus wall is think so my periods will come anytime before the next app which is the 1st September 2011, but know the problem is I really think I'm preg,I'm having symptoms like nauses,sore nipples and now my periosa are 7 weeks late with no spotting ro anything like that. I'm not sure if I should go back to the same doctor or rather see my GP?

I would see a different doctor Thabang he/she might be more helpful. It's funny though you guys seem to be in somewhat if a better position than me as I have been having my periods as normal but all the same symptoms as you guys; nausea, stabbing pains in my b___sts, and stomach pains which feel like braxton hicks sometimes. I'm due on next week but really hope I miss this one so then maybe the HPT will be positive. I'll keep you all posted and good luck with the scan egrimm1421 xxx

Question i am 20 years old and i havent qot my period for over ah year , i was on BC pills and i aint get my period even when i was on the pill maybe once i stopped taking them like around january and still havent got my period , i was heard i can still get pregnant even if i aint have my period for ah year and me and my boyfriend been trying for like 2 months already and nothing never happen isx it cause we both smoke 2 much that the sperm aint going thru fast enough ? I dont know the prob. Sometimes here and there i feel pain and symthoms but i go to get ah test and negitive ... can someone help me cause right now im confussed and dont know what 2 doo i been cravings and all that all my friends keep sayinq im pregnant but nothing HELP ! PLEASE

wunnabeamommy here is what i would recommend doing go to your doctor. not having a period for that long is not healthy unless you are taking a form of birth control that stops your period like depo. from what it sounds like you may not be ovulating especially if its been over a year. yes you can still get pregnant if you have not had a period in that long if you ovulated and conceived one of those months since you have been trying. but i would reccommend you visit your doctor to make sure your body is functioning right because of not getting a period for over a year. baby dust and good luck.
