my cycles are 23 days my lmp was due 12th aug and the 1 before that was due 23rd both havnt come instead i have this brown spotting or stringy stuff no blood but now its gone like creamy brown mush. small cramps on and off. moddiness, some headaches, sore b___bs and this has started in the last few days i would be 7 and a half weeks pregnant by now

Ok! I berely came out of an eptopic pregnancy doctor said I could become pregnant again I was suppose to get my period on the 9th but on the 6th I had a liitle light spotting so I thought I was going to get my period so I put on a sanatary pad on after an 1 hour I went to the washroom spotting wsa gone and since then I havent got my period(8 days late) could I be pregnant? could some body PLEASE help me!!!!!!!!!

I would also like some advice along the same lines. I have been TTC for two months and before that i was on the pill. Last month my period was one week late so this month i anticipated that my cycle would be 5 weeks again. My period was due yesterday (5 weeks) but it didnt come. Today when i went to the toilet i had some brown discharge so i used a tampon, but when i changed it there was still only a small amount of brown discharge. My periods are normally relatively heavyish to begin with and i ALWAYS get the pain that tells me to rush to the toilet, but i didnt get that this time and now i have nothing on my sanitary pad. Im sorry if this is TMI !! Please help if you can. TTC#1

the brown stuff has gone now but no blood at all and started with dizziness today and peeing more.

Bummer. I my period came today. Oh well i suppose i shall have to keep trying...

I have missed my period twice. I took an ept and it came out positive. I went to the clinic their urine test is negative. Twice. I even took a blood test and it was negative. I have underactive thyroid and low blood sugar. Could those cause my blood test for pregnancy to come back negative?

i spotted for a couple of days when i was pregnant. usually if there is a positate on a pregnancy test you are. it detected the hormone hgc. i''d wait a week then retest.

Yes, you can be pregnant, considering the fact that you're 2 1/2 weeks late for your period. That brown spotting may be implantation bleeding, caused by the embryo implanting itself in your uterus for nourishment. Since you had a really scant positive on your urine test, you may very well be pregnant, but you don't have enough of the pregnancy hormone hcg to detect yet. My advise is wait another week, but take precautionary steps (eat right, no smoking or drinking, etc.) and go to the doctor and take another blood test. If you have any additonal bleeding, check and make sure it's light, as heavy bleeding may be a sign of early miscarrage. I'm going through a similar situation with the light flow with brown spotting, so let's hope for the best, keep your head up!!!

Hey everybody. I had the same situation happen last year. I thought I was pregnant, and got negative pregnancy test for the longest. It wasn't until I started miscarrying that I got a positive, and by then it was too late. I'm having the same thing happen to me now.

I took a test last week and it was positive and I have my 1st Dr. appointment on Wednesday but on Saturday night I started having very light brown spotting. I talked to the Dr. today and they said it is no big deal and I still have all the symptoms of being pregnant but I am very nervous now that something may be wrong..has anyone else had this problem??

in july i had brown spotting for 3 days i have not get my period yet. did 3 pregnancy test and blood work but everything came out negative, never happen before.

MY last normal period was in june 2005 in july i spoted for 3 days and it was brown, i have not get my period since and is Sept 2005. I took 3 pregnancy test at home and blood work everythinh was negative. please give me your oponion i am very scared. thanks

hey guys I believe m period should be around the 02 but myhusband says the 7th.The funny thing I have been having this brownish spottings but not period(blood).I having no tender b___st,no stomach cramps...just in a eating mood.I wish i am pregnant.Any advise as to what I am experiencing.

hey, just so you all know,for the last two periods, i have had only 3 days of brown spotting and there is absolutely no chance of pregnancy here. I am worried!

Nicky B - I was told that brown coming out is really nothing to worry about. What that is is old blood coming out. I went through that last month. It wasn't until I lite a cigarette that accual blood would come out. So I had to force myself to quit. And I've eliminated all possable stress. I was stressing over trying to prove to the father of the baby that I wasn't lying to him. So I just gave up trying to get him to talk to me.
