hey everyone, my period has always been regular and I've never missed one before.. but It's been late for 5 weeks already. I've taken 3 urine pregnancy tests and a quant_tative blood test over the past couple weeks and all came back negative. I just started some very very light brown spotting... could I be pregnant???? I thought that the blood test would be accurate after missing a period for 5 weeks...

I am 21 weeks pregnant with my third and spotted brown consistently (when wiping) for at least 12 weeks. I just had my 20 week ultrasound and everything looked great! I was very worried since I did not spot with my other two healthy pregnancies. So it can be normal!

well last month i had a really short light bleeding then brown spotting and then pink spotting and this time i was supposed to start today but so far all i have had is clear discharge but i feel like im going to start any minute...going to the doc in a week though.

I was supposed to have my period on the 25th of June and I didn't get it until the 1st of July and it only lasted til the 3rd it was a really lite period and I usually have heavy periods. **I lost my virginity on May 5th then I got my period May 25th and I had s_x 9 times after that just using the "pull out" method. The last time I had s_x was on June 16th** After I had that really lite period I had like 2-3 days of just brownish pinkish spotting and I stopped using tampons or anything because my period was so lite and I didn't wanna get TSS but I was getting brownish pinkish spotting in my underwear. The week of July 1st I was feeling really tired and I had headaches for practically the whole time I was experiencing this. I felt really moody and I just wanted to sleep. I haven't experienced any tenderness of my b___sts and I haven't noticed any change in size but I kinda can't even tell if i've noticed any change. I guess I just don't pay attention. I'm too scared to ask my mom about it cuz she will freak out! So I haven't even tried to get tested or anything. I think I might just be overreacting too so that's the other reason why I don't wanna tell my mom cuz I don't wanna get her all frustrated then find out that I was never even pregnant and I was just freakin out over dumb stuff. I have done tons of internet research and I only have some of the symptoms of pregnancy. I haven't had any morning sickness at all. And the symptoms that I did experience was pretty much just during that week while i was having that WEIRD period. Does anyone have any advice? Do you think I'm just overreacting??

Hi everyone!! Well..heres my story! Me & my husband have been trying to get pregnant for about 3 years now. I've miscarried one time. I have very irregular periods, so I got on BC and took it for about 15 days, hoping it would just get my period going. Well that was about 2 months ago. I had my period last month, it was normal. And that was around the 24th. Well, I wasnt really expecting it to get here this month, because im just so used to not having it all the time. Well, today..I discover that i have some brown blood comming out. It doesnt look like a period, and I dont recall ever having a period like this. Could this be a sign of pregnancy? I dont want to get excited about it until I have a reason to think I could be. Any advice?

If you are late and have light brown spotting...try taking a pregnancy test, this is a good sign of pregnancy and is exactly what happened to me! My husband and I had been TTC for about 5 months. I was due for my period to start on a Monday; nothing on Monday, but on Tuesday, I had a very light brown discharge which I thought originally was the start of my period. I waited it out, and my period never started that day. I figured I would start on Wednesday, but the same thing there, only light brown spotting; i spotted through to Friday and finally took a pregnancy test...it was POSITIVE!!!

I am going through something very similar. I had brown spotting and a slightly positive hpt. I went to the doctor and took a urine test which was negative. They also took blood, but said it was most likely negative, too. They called yesterday and said my HCG count is 25 (26+ means pregnant). She told me to come back in in 5 days. In the mean time, I just took another pregnancy test (EPT certainty) and it was positive. The doctor said this is a very good sign and means my numbers are increasing. The brown spotting is very normal and is probably implantation bleeding. Take another test in a few days. Good luck!

i had brown blood rite up till i was bout 4 months preg with my son i new at the start i was preg felt diff and always bein sick doctors said i wasnt so i booked myself in for a scan at 9 weeks an confirmed that i was preg told me the blood was notin 2 worry about as everything was ok on the scan but it can mean signs of a miscarriage so better 2 get it checked. the blood i had was just gettin my body ready and 2 make room for my son x

Hi everyone...ive been on kariva birth control for a few months now.....and on my last period it was very light but it was red a brown mixed....i thought it might have something to do with the pill since you have to take these pills continuously without stopping....then this month i was supposed to start like a week ago and i didnt....i have taken three tests and all came back very dark negative....ive been cramping ever since last week and i also stopped taking the pill just in case i am preganat or maybe the pills are why im not starting.....but yesterday i was cramping really bad like i usually do before i start my period and i went to the restroom and there was a little brown.....then later own that day i had some brown on my underwear and this moring i woke up and there was brown on my pad.....i am very scared....i dont want to be pregant....me and my boyfriend are hoping for another chance but if i am preganant i know im going to upset but i guess it will be ok....because i read my horoscope today and ironically enough it said your girft from the heavens is a healing touch. thats why your probably noticing all thats wrong in the world. maybe a situation is only terribble beause it nees your love.....so i thought that was very weird.....well im hoping i start my period.....thanks for listening

I'm 3 days late for my period and I'm very bloated and having some brown spotting along with bad cramps. Should I do a HPT? or this is s sign that I will be getting my period?

well I'm on birth control. but for some reason this month i had my period for a day starting the day i got off my pills and then nothing but brown. I got the same thing when i was 12. and ended up the i was just not cleaning enough. well i go back on my pills tomorrow and if it doesn't stop i'm going to the hospital about it. well another thing is it says on the pill package that it may lead to spotty periods during the first few months and it has been like that. I'm only 15 and i can't get pregnant. I really need a straight answer. If this means I'm pregnant or not. and if i am. anyone ever have an abortion?

Here is my deal back in 06. We tried for a baby, only twice, that month my period came 3 days late, but only last 3 days and was very light. Normally my system works like clockwork, of course I took a test before it started (on day 2 I think) and it was negative. I spotted light pink blood all next month. Took another test about 3 days late again, this time positive. Dr's tell me I was only 5 weeks along, but I was 9 weeks because we used condoms again for the next month. I spotted throughout the next 5 months. Did a lot of walking one day, next day at 5am woke up with a lot of blood, went to ER. Then nothing, everything fine supposedly. Spotted Brown blood for the next 2 weeks, then my water broke, my son was born still at 23 weeks. They tell me now that I had an incompetent cervix. I had some sort of infection in my placenta too. Now, 1 year and 4 months later, trying again, my period, was 3 days late, started bleeding light pink watery blood for 3 days, now on day 4 it's brown only when I wipe. Don't know what to think. Being I have experience in this, I should know, you would think. I feel pregnant, so I just a__sume I am and take my prenatals with 800 mcg of folic acid, because I don't want anything to be wrong with the baby just in case. If you think you might be pregnant, and you CARE, then prepare for it, dont drink, smoke, snort, or be hard on your body and get your prenatal vitamins down and help prevent a miscarriage!

I just stoped taking birth control about a month ago, I havent started my period, and my boyfriend and I are trying to concieve. I am having a little bit of light brown discharge. I took 2 pregnancy tests already and both came back neg. :( I'm only 4 days late as of right now.

HI ALL HAD TUBAL LITIGATION DEC 2000, WISH I HADN'T. ANYWAY WOT I WANNA SAY IS I THINK IM MAYBE PREG... AF LAST MONTH WAS WEIRD, DAY 1 RES STREAKING THROUGH CLEAR MUCUS THEN LATER BROWN STAINING, DAY 2-4 LIGHT REDISH/PINK BLOOD THEN DAY FIVE BACK 2 BROWN....TOOK TEST FIRST DAY AND IT WAS NEG (BUT STILL FEEL I COULD BE!TO AN EXTENT) BUT NOW IM NOT SURE AND WONDER SHOULD I DO ANOTHER TEST OR WHAT, DUE AF AROUND 20TH OF FEB. ANY ANSWERS WUD B GREATLY APPRECIETED!!

hey can anyone help me am not due my period till may the 4th and for the past few days a have had cramp and yesterday a got a brown spottin and a have looked it up and all am getting is its a sign a implantion...? ive never had this b4 a have had two children and alot a miscarriges but never had this........

i had a period on the 7th a may and on the 14 a had intercourse and oan the 27th a had brown spotting ive been havin a lot a cramp too...comes and goes and am due my period on the 4 th a june ....some people are tellin me tht the brown blood was implantion a have 2 children and never had this b4 but when a looked this up the net it all says about pregancy can some one give me a opinion please???
