This may be me jumping to a conclusion but can anyone give me some help. My last period was a week early although I was on the pill, I took myself off it a few days into my period, not long after it had finished I had unprotected s_x with my boyfriend. I was a week late so I did a test, it came back neg.(but I did it at 11pm after ALOT of coffee) A few days later I got my "period" which I usually have signs of at least 3 days before and it only lasted 2 1/2 days which isnt normal as Im usually 6-7 days and this was lighter than normal. Id been feeling nauseas and really tired so it was suggested I did another test which again I did late at night after alot of coffee and coke. Now nearly a week later im having lower back pain, headaches, im sleeping for longer, my belly looks round (im 44kg so my tummys usually flat) im still feeling nauseas at night and I couldnt stand being in the house even while my favourite food was on the table, im constantly thirst and when im not drinking theres a funny taste in my mouth.. both the tests I did came up neg but as I said, they were done between 11pm and 3am after drinking alot. Should I take another test in the morning or just go to the doctors incase its something else?

I'll add my story I guess, and will try to update cause it's so frustrating not knowing what ended up happening to all these other women! I had my last 'normal' period February 11 and it was fairly light but lasted about 5 days which is normal for me as I'm on BCP. In early March I had some mild nausea and nasal congestion and had some random idea that maybe I was pregnant. Around this time I also started thinking about having kids out of the blue, just days before I was saying how I wanted to wait another year or so to have kids, and I thought that was odd. My cycle has been regular 28 days since my 2nd period at the age of 13 and I have only ever missed one period and that was when I cut gluten out of my diet, so it made sense. My period was a day late on March 12 but it was very light brownish discharge that lasted only 2 days at most, and I've never had a period that short or light. After the 'bleeding' stopped I continued to have cramps, worse than I usually do with my period and also developed a back ache that radiated down into my legs. This has lessened but comes and goes from day to day. I have continued having nausea and developed occasional heartburn. I feel bloated and have weird tugging and bubbling sensations in my pelvic region which I've never experienced before (not gas, and I'm not implying it's fetal movement, it's just what I'm feeling). I took a HPT on March 13 since my period was so odd but it was negative. When I continued to cramp without bleeding and with my other symptoms I took another HPT on March 15 but it was also negative. Since all my symptoms continued I got a blood test on March 25 but it was also negative, so I told myself I was crazy despite this nagging feeling that something is different in my body. I decided not to take my BCP this month just in case, I figured if nothing else it would help me get a regular period. I have noticed myself being more moody and getting overly upset about some things, also my husband seems to annoy me for no reason whatsoever...poor guy. I am much more fatigued, have frequent headaches, painful acne.. basically almost every early pregnancy symptom except for sore b___sts, however I have fairly small b___sts and never have experienced sore b___sts with PMS/period. In saying that I have occasionally noticed my nipples feel tingly for no reason, although another thing I have noticed is an increased libido. My April period was 4 days late so I took a HPT on April 12 and it was negative but later that day it started. It began as light brown discharge and turned red and moderate flow for 1 day and then tapered off over 1 more day. This was closer to normal so I a__sumed that if I was pregnant I had probably miscarried. I restarted my BCP because of this on April 12. After the bleeding stopped though I have continued having all the above mentioned symptoms and now the nausea has progressed to vomiting, 5 times one night.. possibly from restarting BCP? But it has occurred 1 or 2 other times. My belly seems to be growing and I swear I see people including my husband checking out my belly from time to time, maybe I'm paranoid but with all these symptoms and negative tests I feel crazy! To top it all off my mom said she still had a period when she was pregnant with me but it was lighter so she took a HPT and it was negative. She still felt off so she went to the doc and her blood test ended up being positive but perhaps this has something to do with me being negative. I know the odds of being pregnant on the pill are small but it does happen, and I don't always take my pill at the same time due to shift work. Ahhh I feel crazy and can't stop thinking about it but am starting to wonder if I'm just making myself imagine things. I wasn't TTC so I don't think that's the case. I'm gonna call my doc tomorrow and make an appointment and ask for either a quant_tative blood test and/or an ultrasound. I'll let you know how it goes.. Good luck to the rest of you.

Hello... I'm very confused and was wondering if anybody has or feels the same and give some advice.. AF is now 9 almost 10 days late and I'm after taking 5-6 hpt all negative and had a quanbreastative blood test done 2 days ago and that was also negative.. My cycles are fairly regular, if ever late only by a day or 2. I have had symptoms such as cramping when my period was due (I really thought it was coming), mood swings, fatigue, lower back pain and slow bowels but that's it. Could those things be caused by something else? I'm really confused. At one point I was truly convinced I was pregnant but now I'm starting to think I've lost it.. Haven't been overly stressed until now or anything so not sure what's going on. Help? Thank you in advance ??

Hello ladies, So I am almost positive I am between 13-20 weeks pregnant, my partner and I haven't been exactly shy about NOT getting pregnant, I am experiencing every pregnancy symptom in the book and have had 4 negative urine and 1 negative blood test, i'm not buying it and neither is my family as they gaze at my changing body and are sure I am holding. Upon my last visit to the doctor I was given blood test to check for any alarming levels aimed to any other medical emergencies and was all clear, Typically I am 5'3-5'4 and 128 pounds I checked my weight a month ago and was 142, being that I am a healthy eater (I really am) and walk about 15 miles per week makes me seriously wonder all the weight gain is in the pregnancy area my thighs to abdomen , on top of that I have experience normal pregnancy symptoms from back ache, fluttering and rolling sensations, skin darkening, "pregnancy brain", nausea, food adversions/cravings, heighten sense of smell, strong green veins in my arms, calves and breast and yes even colostrum! I am scared and do not know what to do i've heard usually doctors will think you're nuts until you find one who has sense and is willing to do an ultrasound, i've had "periods" but they are now two days instead of 6 with NO cramps which is highly unusual for me my cramps are usually so severe I almost always need heavy pain control, on top of that my abdomen just feels different, it feels tight and full its not a jiggly m of fat by no means! Please help me out with feedback, this could be a miracle in disguised as me and my partner have gone through a bit of a break, i need answers as to whats going on with my body!

Hi, I think i might be pregnant, but i have no clear way to find that out. I guess I'm kind of scared and hopeful at the same time. I recently moved in with my BF (April 11) and we celebrated with some "fun time", and had some other times over the past month. I have had pregnancy scares in the past, but that was when I was on Birth control. After a rise in my blood pressure in march, I had to be taken off the pill, and because I moved out of state, I no longer have a doctor or insurance to help me get an IUD (My only option). For about a week now, my breasts have grown, nipples have swollen and are in pain off and on (with and without bra), and just last night I saw tons of blue veins all over my chest (Not normal ever, even with the 3 different birth control pills I've taken before). I've had spotting and brown discharge all on and off month, just started normal period bleeding (light for me because I have always had major heavy cycles), and had a negative pregnancy test. I don't know what to do...

CJ again. I forgot to mention that I'm only, and depending on my BF's income until I finally get a yes from a job. I can't afford to keep testing every month, even if they are Dollar Tree tests, and have no way to pay any hospital bills for ultrasounds and blood tests... I feel lost

Hi, my AF is 7 days late today, and it has only EVER been late for two previous pregnancies that ended early. I've taken 2 clearblues,3 internet cheapies and 1 first response and not the slightest sign of a positive! I'm planning on waiting another 7 days to see if AF comes, and if not I'm going to book a Dr appointment and request a blood test. *fingers crossed*

Gale - June 8

I feel like I'm going crazy. I have had two normal periods and negative hcg tests (one blood around 5 weeks and multiple urine), but cannot shake the I feeling of being pregnant (and if correct would be around 9 weeks). I have been pregnant twice before and this feels exactly the same and I had a very strong vision that I was pregnant prior to any symptoms. My main symptoms are changes in my digestion (bloating, burping, wind). My belly has grown and most of my clothes are tight or no longer fit. At the same time, I have been exercising and losing weight elsewhere. If I am not pregnant the other option is that something is wrong with my gastro-intenstinal system as this happened immediately after a holiday to Indonesia. It amazes me that no one thinks there is a possibility I could be pregnant even though I read it has happened to other women. One study found that cryptic pregnancies happen to 1 in 450 women. Notably, my second pregnancy was an abdominal ectopic, which rarer than a cryptic pregnancy. A friend has recommended good GP and I am hopeful that I will be able to convince him to refer me for an ultrasound.

Man is it good to read your stories ladies! I feel like i am going insane as it sounds like most of you feel the same way. This is my story although I can't offer any follow up information just yet: I normally have irregular cycles (it is suspected but not confirmed that i may have PCOS) so when my "symptoms" started i didn't think anything of it. I thought i was coming down with a cold. My significant other was the one who mentioned that I was right around my time of the month. We had went out to have some wine at a local winery. Normally I have no issues handling my alcohol but I just couldnt that day. Not only did my body make me get rid of the alcohol in my system but i felt terribly sick and highly emotional the rest of the evening. The next day i thought my stomach and nausea had to do with a slight hangover but it turns out the symptoms never subsided and i started to gain more of them. At this point I had missed my AF by two days. I had tried to have a glass a few days later and i felt sick after half a glass and poured out the rest. Out of curiosity I looked up if pregnancy would lower alcohol tolerancy but instantly put the idea out of my mind as I expected my AF soon. After a week of nausea, feeling full fast, fequent urination, fatique, bloating, gassiness, and abdominal pain/cramping i went to the doctors. Before making the sick apointment I took a HPT with a negative result. I went in confident that I was sick. She thought i might have a UTI or infection but nothing showed in my urine sample. She took some blood including a Ql test for HCG all came up negative. I even went in for a CT scan as the abdominal pains concerned her but nothing displayed on that either. So medically I appear fine. She mentioned that if i still felt bad in a week that she would forward me to a Gastro but honestly I am still footing the CT bill that I can't really add more tests. In the weeks that have followed I have had food aversions, increased sense of smell, forgetfulness, headaches, weird dreams and cravings added to my list of symptoms. I can only sleep on my side, the idea of pressure on my abdomin makes me cringe. I had loss 5 pounds from the nausea but none of my jeans seam to fit. The day of the CT scan I went home to make myself soup and when it started to boil my kitchen was filled with an aweful smell. I looked all around trying to figure out what it was, it was the soup! i had to immediately throw it out and didn't end up eating at all. Thats when i figured that maybe my earlier being convinved that i wasn't might be a little off. Since then I have taken an additional three HPT's still negative and another missed AF. I am just at the point of wanting an answer. Some woman say they just "know" they are but as I have no prior experience with being so i can't say that i "know" anything. I even attempted to naturally start my AF with some methods found online, warm baths, diet, etc. although i suppose there accuracy is debatable. I Even started checking my cervix position in hopes of understanding my body better. At this point I just want an answer.

Truluv15 - July 6

I am in the same boat as everyone else. My last AF arrival was back in April. Late June I started spotting nothing heavy though lasted a couple of days. I have been nauseous, lower back pains (especially when I lay down and try to get up) tender b_____st, lower abdominal cramping nothing painful, gaining weight (pants that fit before no longer close, or if it does it hurts) dizziness, and frequent urination. I took several HPT all negative, went to the hospital because I felt that sick and with negative PT I figured something was wrong. Their UT came out negative and no detected infections. I am so confused. I just want to know. I have my OBGYN appt. the 13th in one week. Can't wait to figure out what is going on. My friend said since I want to be pregnant I'm making myself feel this way. But some of these symptoms can't be made up even if I tried.
