Hiya munchmon04. Iv got my next scan on friday 12th june. I dont care what im having aslong as its a healthy baby! Im at the midwife today, having blood as she misplaced my other blood!!!! ???? dunno how thats happened??? How you feeling? Im just getting bigger now and im finding it harde at work to stand on my feet all day. I go on holiday on 6th july so i cant wait to relax in the sun!!!!

hiya DiGiacomo. I cant wait to put my bikini on and flaunt the bump!!! lol... yeah right, i couldnt think of anything worse right now!! Im just going to relax in the sun and chillout by the sea and have 3 weeks of mytime!!! How are you doing? they give me the 30th oct at first then 27th oct. Im going for my next scan on 12th june when im 21 week to find the s_x out. they probley move it a week forward!!! lol.. Im leaving for maternity on 9th oct so i dont want the baby any sooner!!!!!! lol x

Jaqi ~~~Hey yesterday was the big day right? So????? we all know that they are healthy babies, but the s_x???? You do know right? I am so excited for you. I was going to post yesterday and let you know that the nurse called me back and Dr. Z can take me. I am sooooo happy. I have to go through this long drawn out thing with medicare to switch my plans. The lady that I spoke to told me that it could take anywhere from 20-45 days to get it switched and that I have to still go to the same OB until it is changed in the system. NOT I am going to call and see if I can get an out of network referral so that I can go ahead and make an apt with Dr. Z. I would hate to have to wait until July to be able to see him. Well let me know if you know what you are having. Congrads lady :-)

chloe_a ~ Wow you are in the same boat as me having to wait until June to know. I am doing well, no problems at all. This second trimester is going good so far. Well except for not being able to fit into my tops anymore. I had to go out and buy a few yesterday. It hurt my feelings to have to get a bigger size. How are you? Vacations are the best. Even though I work at home, its nice to be like ok i dont have to work for a few days. I was suppose to go in to a different clinic today and get my gender scan done. But my mom bribed me and I think that I am going to wait now. She knows that I want this really cute travel system (you know the strooller with the car seat and 2 bases) so she told me that if i wait until the 8th then she will get the travel system and most of the baby furniture. WOW I am not going to turn down that offer. We can use that money we are going to save on diapers (we all know that we will need alot of them). So here I am still having to wait another 2 weeks to find out what this little one is. It really does not matter to me as much as to my mom & hubby. Both of them want a girl so bad, they are telling everyone that it is a girl. I told them yesterday that I hope they are not sad if it is a boy. Both said they will be just fine with a boy also. Yeah yeah i know in the back of their minds they are praying for a girl. Oh well either way this little one will be loved to death.

Well I talked to the nurse at my OB's office today because I never really got to ask any questions after my ultrasound. I found out that my cervix went from 3.2cm to 2.6cm in two weeks. I read that below 2.5 is when they start considering bedrest or cerclage, or both! They said they will just do the physical exam on Wednesday and then I go for my next ultrasound on Friday and I guess we'll see if it got worse...this is so scary!! You think when you clear the first trimester everything is ok and then this...yesterday I woke up just excited to schedule the date for my gender scan, and now I am just hoping to carry this baby to term.

Hello Mommies ~ Feels so good to say that - and think that. :) Felt first real kicks against my popcorn bowl resting on my tummy last night, and then against my hand -- and it was just the most awesome feeling. It's 21 weeks now. Dh is out of town and I called and he was simply ecstatic and wishing to feel the "first".. :) I also started prenatal yoga last week and it was great. And walking as much I can every day. Eating lots of fruit / veges, and having lots water every day - finally feel I am doing better with all the supposed to's.. It was hard for a while. Still not up to eating enough greens - just don't feel like it - even though I know I need to. Felt some kicks today also.. HOpefully it will go on till dh is home to feel it. :)

Hey girls! Just crossed the 20 week mark on Saturday! Hey Jacqui, can't wait to hear what you're having! Les: I hope everything goes well for you. When do you go back next? I've read on other threads that bedrest, even only for 2 weeks can improve things greatly. Munchmom: I hope you can see the Dr. you want quickly!

Hey guys!!!! Sorry I haven't been able to log on and update y'all! I can never log on at home; no matter what I change the security settings to, it will never let me access this site. Well, my mom had feelings that they were 2 girls, DH and I said boy and girl up until the sono day. When we changed our minds, before the sono, we were right....drum roll please......2 boys!!!! I have been having those feelings the last couple of weeks, so I guess we were right! 2 stinky little boys :o) hehe Munchmom - Hey girl, they do 4d sonos there in the office!! They are $150. You just need to bring a VHS tape so you can get the movements and they will give you stills. Are you going to be able to see them anytime soon or do you have to wait?

Jaqui~~~ OMG congrads on the two boys!!!!! Boys are great, I have a almost 5 year old little boy and he is so protective of his lil mommy. How cute. Do you guys have names picked out yet? I am so excited for you. I still have to wait almost 2 weeks before we know. that sucks but oh well. Oh really I think that I am going to love the new doc. Umm the lady at the medicaid office told me that I might have to wait at least 20 to 45 days before it changes in the system. I am going to call Cooks and see if I can get an out of network referral so I can begin to see the new doc. I am excited and hubby is happy that I am happy.

munchmom - Thank ya :o) The first one born will be names after my husband,so he will be David III because DH is a JR already and he does not have a middle name. We have noooooooooo idea or clue on the second one yet. I had girl names picked out but boy names are that much harder because I don't find them as "pretty" as girl names and harder to choose from. As they get older, and if they ask, we will explain to them how we decided who got what name. We want them to both feel special. I am soooo glad your happy with the dr change; I hope you like Dr. Z! You will have to ask him about the 4D sono. Like I said earlier, it's only $150 and they say the best time to do it is around 28wks. Plus, they do it right there in the office!!!!!! Let me know when you can get in to see Dr.Z.

Jaqi~~ no prob. nice name. good luck finding the second lil man a name. i hope you guys can find something close to david that you guys like. man I am thinking now that I should have sneak off and got the gender sono like I was wanting to do. I would have known last week what I was having. my mom did a good job bribing me to wait. I think i am going to call the office today and see if I can get in on friday. I will not tell mom and hubby that I am going though. I will have to act suprised when they tell us on the 8th. Man it just seems to far away. i am going to call. I will pay the 60 bucks to know now.

munchmom - I know I am a dork, but I just saw that you are 18wks today! You are exactly one week behind me because today I turn 19wks! Again, today is dork day for me...well, I think it is everyday, but lol :oP

Jaqi~~ I know thats the funny part about it. we are exactly 1 week apart. wow and you know what your little ones are and i still have no clue. i did call the place in arlington and i am going to go in on Thursday at 1pm. she said that she will call me wed afternoon or thurs am to make sure that that time is still open. i really hope so. even though my gender sono at the dr office is only 1 week and 6 days away. i still want to know now. i will let you know when i know

munchmom - And the other coincidence is that we went to the saw docs..hehe. Girl, I understand the frustration about wanting to know! I give ya "props" for not telling anyone that you are finding out a bit early...I could not do it...haha I would slip and be like, "Uh....I had a dream...and yeah, a birdie told me." lol Girl, there are certain things that I am not good at keeping secrets about and that is one of them! I can't wait to hear what you are having!!

Jaqi~~ lol i know i can not wait till Thursday. I did slip and tell my mom. I told here that I am goingto a free ultrasound that they are doing to give them more practice. She was not mad actually all for it. I am like oh ok. she said and when you leave there you can go to Burlington and do your baby registry. I was like ok. Here i am thinking she is going to be mad that i am finding out early. OH I have some good news................................ my little sister the one who is preggo is actually dialated to 2 cm. she went in today and got checked bc she was having some pain and pressure a few days ago. She is not due until June 23rd, but like i told her Ayden will be here before her due date. I am so happy for her. she said that she has been walking and trying to make him come. she siad that if her contractions get worst then she will call me to get the kids while her and hubby go to the hospital. well i will keep you ladies updated on everyhing that is going on.

That's great that your mom is all for it! That sounds like a "lie" my mom would tell my dad...hehe. DH would be like, yeah whatever...lol. So, your DH doesn't get to go and do the registry with you? We found some stuff at Burlington we liked, but also at Babies-R-Us. We are doing a baby jungle animal theme and we are going to mix-n-match stuff. Burlington is a lot cheaper though too on the same items. I found more on their website than in the store. Shipping is a bit high I thought, but maybe that was me. We are going to register at Babies-R-Us and somewhere else but not sure yet.
