Can Pinching Nerve Hurts Baby

Hi everyone!! I am 05weeks pregnent and I got pinching nerve on my Neck I cant sleep properly can't move left right up down. and when I walk it hurts so I have to keep my neck more to right side. Could this hurt Baby?? Please give advise what should I do to bear this pain as I cant take any medical prescription in Pregnency.
