If you mean during your period the answer is yes. Although it is unlikely it is possible. Usually, you ovulate 10-14 days before the start of your period, factors like illness and stress etc could cause you ovulate at anytime during the month.

I dont know if I totally understand your question ...but, if you are already pregnant, I believe it is impossible for you to get pregnant again, I mean, your womb is closed, is it not? But I dont know for sure!
