Help I Think I M Pregnant

I had s_x when i was 3 but i didn't have my period, and i got my period when i was 9.Now i'm 10 and i think i'm pregnant.I'm gonna be 11 soon.I'm experiencing stringy dark red things that kinda look like black in my period.And my period is coming heavy.I have back pains.My belly pains a bit.I feel like sleeping most of the time.I don't know what to think.Because of my period i think im not pregnant but the other signs make me think i am.I think im a s___t.I know im never gonna have s_x again.

children shouldnt be having children, but if you are serious about this i think you should go to a planned parenthood...your parents dont have to know about it and you can talk to them about it.
