Intimacy Has Vanished Since Getting Pregnant

The father-to-be and I had an amazing s_x life before becoming pregnant. Can't get him to come near me and baby will be born soon. I've resorted to begging for some kind of intimacy. Is this what my future is going to be like??

You may want to ask your husband if he is nervous about hurting the baby in any way if you have intercourse. That maybe one reason why he is not engaging in intercourse. If this is the case, you have nothing to worry about. Most doctors say that it is normal and safe to have intercourse right up until 8 to 9 months (if you are having a normal pregnancy). The best position is doggy-style to accomdate for your growing belly. If you do engage in intercourse during your nineth month, there is a risk of inducing labour (as orgasims causes contractions of the uterus and may cause you to go into contractions). I would recommend checking with your doctor just to make sure everything is fine. As for your husband, I would suggest that you sit him down and tell him how you are feeling and that s_x does not hurt the baby in anyway. I am sure that this lack of interest in s_x will subside once the baby is born. I hope this helps.
