Pregnant With Merina Coil

I had an abortion 4 weeks ago and had a merina coil fitted in the same time. I had s_x five days ago and my br___ts are tender and i think am prenant again. I hear the coil is 98% effective and i can feel the strings. Can i be pregnant again?
