I am 21, i have been taking birth controle now for a month and a half... The first month i took it around the same time everyday. but this month i have a hard time remembering. there have been times that i take 2 at a time because i forget one and i ahve yet to take one ontime yet. Well my boyfriend and i had s_x the other day with out a condom and he did c_m inside of me. IS ther a chance i can become pregnant because of that?

Yes there is a chance you could become pregnant. Birth control is supposed to be affective after a month of taking it...but if you are late taking one of forget one all together then there is a chance that it will not work and you could become pregnant. If you can't get on track with taking your pill on time then I suggest that you don't have unpreotected s_x unless you want a baby b/c it is possible to become pregnant that way! My friend got pregnant b/c she took an antibiotic while on birth control and had unprotected s_x! She had her little girl a month and a half ago...she is 16. Whatever you do be careful and know everything about the birth control you are on and the dos and don'ts so you don't have scares like that...Good luck!

Well firsttimemommy aready answered the question, I would reccomend the shot. I didn't think I would remember to take a pill everyday, let alone at the same time. It's really great. You only have to get it every 3 months and you usually get a much lighter period, if you have one at all. I only had spotting for a couple days. It's pretty much worry free. You have a two week time period in which you can get the next shot. You can get it up to a week early or a week after you got the last one three months ago. When I came off of it last year, I got my period back within 6 weeks and everything was right back to normal.

The shot is not a bad idea. As far as taking 2 at 1 time, don't do that. When I as on the pill and I forgot, I would take one right then and then take the other one a little later in the day or before bed. Can you put them in your makeup bag and then every morning when you are getting ready, you will see them and can stop and take it. I never took mine right at the same hour and same minute everyday, I took it in the morning while I was getting ready for the day. Good luck.
