Yes, you can of course get pregnant. Any form of birth control has a failure rate, and the 'withdrawal' method carries one of the highest failure rates -- so high that many do not formally recognize it as a form of birth control. Even if your husband withdrawals before ejaculating every time, there is still a fairly high risk of pregnancy (fairly high when compared to real forms of birth control that is).
Take a home pregnancy test.
