i got off Mirena Thursday April 22, 2010. My dr gave me Birth control but i couldnt start it till i had my first period. i Had s_x that night and my fiance said he was going to pull out but didnt. well.. i started my period on the Saturday April the 24th... and got off of it the night of Sunday the 25th... Could I be pregnant?!?!?!? I do not wanna take my birth control and be pregnant and loose the baby.

The most likely scenario is that getting off Mirena has caused your light period. It is very unlikely to get pregnant from s_x in the week before a regular period is due. To put your mind at eaase, do a pregnancy test tomorrow morning first am pee, and start your pills when you get the negative - even today it is only 7 days after your period started. GL!
