i was on the birth control patch for 5 years and stopped using it 10 months ago. my fiance and i have been trying to conceive. my period has been up to 2 months late sine stopping birth control and when it comes it is usually very heavy. im on the 3rd day of period now and when it started it was heavy with severe cramping and the suddenly changed to bright red watery blood but i am spotting. im having to urinate every other hour, my br___ts feel swollen and tender, im having lower back pain, and feeling very tired. i have never experienced these symptoms during my period before. could i finally be pregnant?
