Hi Rogan, I experience a discomfort after reaching an orgasm as well. I would say that it feels like slight period cramps, but anything too painful should be mentioned to your doctor.

the reason you might be having cramps is bc your cervics contracts during an orgasm didnt you learn that in S_x Ed?

S_x during all stages of pregnancy is absolutely okay. I have experienced the slight cramps and discomfort after climaxing too Rogan. My doctor told me it would be very normal. But if it gets too painful, you should talk to your doctor.

rogan i think if you tried a different way of masturbating and see how that works for you. i am eleven weeks pregnant and masturbate twice or more a day but i vary up the way i do so. so i never have the cramping i did the first time. just an idea.

I read in "What to Expect When You're Expecting" that some women have cramps after orgasm during pregnancy...I never have, but I don't think it's too unusual, because you have an increased blood supply to the area during pregnancy. You could ask your doctor about it...you don't have to say it was after masturbation, just after orgasm, if you're embara__sed to ask the doctor.

Don't be disgcouuraged! I have spoken to my GYN.. I have masturbated since I was 7 and had awsome orgasms during pregnancy. I have 4 children and masturbated though a four pregancies. I found out I am 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant So i am in my first Trimester. My gyno told me no sex but never mentioned masturbation. Odd that she said no sex - was there a particular reason? It is normally acceptable. Self stimulation is also acceptable. A slight cramp after would be normal.
