Can I get pregnant on ovulation day with just a little bit of sperm. My period was May 27 have not got it since then. Yes I been having intercourse, but base on yesterdays appt I am pregnant and I am about 2 weeks pregnant said the doctor. I did not get June period.

That's puzzling. Weeks of pregnancy are usually given based on theoretical last period even though you don't ovulate until two weeks later. The doc must mean that you ovulated two weeks ago, June 23, and got pregnant from sex 6/18 thru 6/23. Your early pregnancy signs (fatigue, weird cramps, more peeing etc.) would have started 7/1. The ultrasound did well to pick up a pregnancy so early. Yes, it only takes a little sperm to start a pregnancy (only 1 sperm gets the prize!). How do you know it was ust a little bit?
