my dr did not say i had to stop have s_x but last night when we tryed it hurted really bad it felt like a contraction my whole stomach got really hard and i been hurting every since is this right

no that does not sound right at all... where does it hurt? you should really go to the dr or if its really bad the er.... the same thing happened to me when i was 5 weeks preg and i almost has a misscarriage.... so dont over look the pain
